What is full spectrum CBD oil?
Full spectrum CBD oil contains the naturally occurring cannabinoids and terpenes found in the hemp plant — including trace CBG — rather than isolated CBD alone, giving it a fuller natural profile than CBD isolate products. Note this is different from hemp seed oil, which doesn't contain CBD at all — every bottle of our full spectrum CBD oil is made from hemp plant extract, so it does contain active CBD.

How to take full spectrum CBD oil, by strength:
1000mg — start with 3–4 drops under the tongue, twice daily. 2000mg — start with 2–3 drops under the tongue, twice daily. 3000mg — start with 1–2 drops under the tongue, twice daily. Shake well before use, and hold under the tongue for around 60 seconds before swallowing. Use consistently morning and evening as part of your routine, and maintain the same serving for 5–7 days before adjusting — if you do increase, go up by just one drop at a time.
