Delivery Information
At HEMPHASIZE, we aim to dispatch orders as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure your products reach you without unnecessary delays.
Delivery Options
Free UK Delivery on orders over £45.
Standard UK Delivery (1–3 Working Days) – £3.00
Please note that all orders containing canned drinks are subject to a minimum £3.00 delivery charge, regardless of order value. Due to the weight and shipping requirements of these products, the free delivery threshold does not apply to canned drinks.
Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm on the same working day. Whilst we work hard to achieve this wherever possible, orders placed during particularly busy periods may be dispatched on the following working day.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next available working day.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless an alternative delivery service has been arranged or is required.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will usually be sent to the email address and/or mobile number provided at checkout.
Delivery estimates apply from the date your order is dispatched, not from the time the order is placed.
While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and should be treated as estimates only.
Delivery Partners
We primarily use Royal Mail for the majority of orders.
However, depending on parcel size, weight, destination or operational circumstances, we may use alternative delivery partners, including:

While we always aim to use Royal Mail wherever possible, certain parcels may require an alternative courier due to shipping restrictions, parcel dimensions, weight limits or service availability.
Large, Heavy or Bulky Orders
Although we offer free delivery on qualifying orders over £45, larger, heavier or bulkier orders may incur an additional delivery charge.
Where possible, any applicable shipping charges will be calculated automatically at checkout. In some cases, we may need to contact you after an order has been placed to discuss any additional delivery costs before dispatch.
Delivery Issues & Order Discrepancies
If there are any issues, shortages, damages or discrepancies with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect our ability to investigate the matter with the courier and could impact eligibility under our returns, refund or replacement policies.
