Used them for 3 nights

Used them for 3 nights, they didn't help me sleep at all, in fact it took me even longer to get to sleep than usual, the third night I was awake until approximately 4am and then awake again at 05.30, I was absolutely shattered!

Love these night time tabs , helps me settle and helps me fall asleep fast with a good night sleep also these have help with my anxiety attacks which have seem to have settled down since I’ve been taking these tablets at night before bed.
