Kokoro - Brilliant

So I bought these 10 days ago and my word!! within a couple days my appetite changed and I cut out the bad things like bacon etc even bread as I didn't feel hungry enough to crave them, the first couple of days it was hard I made the change as I started taking these. But now 10 days on and these have helped me lose 8lbs. I need to lose weight not just for health but for myself having been overweight since my first baby and now being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, diabetes 2, bp and edema. These have helped me already and I look forward to seeing the progress ongoing. You have to cooperate with the tabs obviously but they make it all the more easier. Love them and I have battled my weight for a long time. Fantastic.
